GET STARTED
Process Step One
The first part of the build process is to meet with you to get to know you and gather information. We will discuss where you want to build, lending options, and floor plans. We will then set you up with our contacts to get your floor plan drawn up, purchase your lot, and make sure you have funds for your project.
Process Step Two
Once we have a floor plan, the lot is purchased, and you have been approved by a lender or have funds available to start the project, we will begin the bidding process. We will meet a second time to make sure we know exactly what you want in your home to make sure we don’t miss anything in the estimate. We will discuss upgrades, allowances, and any other details you want to make your home custom and unique. This will take 2-3 weeks to gather and compile all the estimated costs for your project.
Process Step Three
In this final step we finalize the budget, floor plan, and timeline. We make sure the floor plan is exactly how you want it, the estimate matches your budget, and we decide when we will start your project. We will then sign a contract and get to work building your custom home.
